Class/Video Description
Full Class = Foundations + Focused Session in one continuous video
Foundations 1 (F1) – 45 mins. First level. Building the strong base that everything sits upon. When you address foundational blocks its checks off many boxes and enhances a multitude of systems and goals. The ABCs of true Body Care.
Focused Sessions – 30 mins. Focused sessions are for people to: (1) learn about and heal their pain and injuries, (2) avoid developing pain and injuries and (3) fortify the body at a deeper level. There will be separate sessions for:
1) Shoulder, 2) Spine, 3) Hips, 4) Legs, Knees and/or Foot, 5) Lymph, 6) Other
Support Videos = Videos that go into greater details on the WHY and HOW of movements and techniques that we did in class.
News & Announcements = Updates, monthly news, and Q&A sessions.

- it's prudent to start with SLOW reps, SHORTER range, and LESS reps until you see how your body responds for one or two times before you progress it up.
- please don't go beyond what I've taught in classes as I'm teaching in gentle and methodical steps so that your tissues and parts have time to integrate and adapt.
This will be your best tactic to build strength without getting strained.
