🌱 How Foundations Classes Are Designed to Be Progressive

Important details about how Foundations classes are designed to be progressive:

Classes are designed very specifically and intentionally to build your foundations of:

• Understanding
• Body connection
• Healing tools
• Self-awareness
• Habits
• Strength
• Endurance
• Balance
• Confidence
• Self-grace
• Self-reliance
• Follow-through

We start off at the most fundamental detail of building your brain's ability to find the intended targets. That is called neurological connection. Neurology takes time to develop.

Each class is progressively laying down foundations and gets more advanced as you go.

It’s important to not skip steps for many reasons—including giving your nerves, fascia, body parts, and brain a fair chance to adapt to the demands as they get more vigorous and complex.

When steps are skipped, usually the ability to isolate and target the correct muscle is lost, which not only misses strength and healing gains, but also precludes the best and most enjoyable experience because coordination isn’t being laid down like it could and should be.

Weekly Practice Guide

📅 How Many Days a Week is Ideal?

3 Days a Week vs. 2 Days a Week:
Doing the Foundations classes 3 days a week is ideal for most, although members experience noticeable results with 2 days a week. Choose what works best for your body and schedule!

Options for a 3-Day a Week Format:
• Option 1: Do Monday and Wednesday classes, then repeat one of them on Friday.
• Option 2: Do Monday and Wednesday classes, then on Friday combine the two Focused Classes from that week for your third session.
Alternative Option: 4-Day Split Format

For members who don’t have time to do 75 minutes all at once, or for whom that duration is too vigorous right now, a 4-day split is a fantastic alternative:

Day 1:
Monday’s
F1 Class
Day 2:
Monday’s
Focused Class
Day 3:
Wednesday’s
F1 Class
Day 4:
Wednesday’s
Focused Class
