This agreement is between Thrive FNL Ministries, a private unincorporated membership association, and you as a Member.
Thrive FNL Ministries is a private, members-only association. We gather by choice, as living souls, under our right to freely assemble, support each other and associate. This is not a public business or government entity. This is a private space, for members only, and not for public consumption.
This Association is rooted in the belief that:
- The body is a sacred vessel and divine design.
- Caring for the body is an act of honor, stewardship, and devotion.
- When the body becomes a partner rather than a limitation, life expands, and you can more fully live your purpose.
We come together as living souls who desire to:
- Achieve body healing, balance and fortification through foundational techniques, movement-based methods, and wellness practices.
- Grow in body understanding, body awareness, body wisdom, and body stewardship to better foster and expand our spiritual selves.
- Support each other in living with more ease, grace, vitality, and spiritual intention.

By joining, you agree:
- You are here by your own free will.
- You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- You will listen to your body, honor your limits, and seek licensed care when appropriate.
- Movement and wellness practices come with inherent risk. All activities are done at your own discretion.
By participating, you agree to take full responsibility and release and indemnify lisa ann patarias-huck and/or Thrive FNL Ministries from all claims and liabilities.
Membership fees are agreed upon at enrollment and are non-refundable and non-transferable to other people or time periods.
All aspects of this Association are private. Members agree:
- Not to share, reproduce, or distribute materials outside the membership.
- Not to disclose personal information shared by other members.
- To respect the sacred and confidential nature of the community.
